As a mindfulness and resilience coach, it is my intention to inspire others to engage in their own personal journeys of healing and transformation.
In the ebb and flow of life, fluctuations are inherent and inevitable – this includes our health and the relationship we have to our bodies. There will be periods of optimum health and we will all encounter, in varying degrees, experiences in which we are unhealthy or out of balance.
Regaining that balance is a major component of the healing journey. I would be honoured to facilitate your healing process, if you are being called to do that.
