The client, not the coach, is the expert in their own life. People aren’t broken and don’t need to be fixed. They’re creative, resourceful, and capable of growth and change.
It’s the role of the coach to uphold this belief and support the client as they discover their own answers from within. Our coaching relationship begins with you the client, remembering you are a whole person, by considering their body, mind, heart, and spiritual needs.
My approach is a client-centered (or person-centered), and it’s the most effective and respectful way to provide coaching. A client-centered coach holds each client with unconditional positive regard, compassion, dignity, and respect.
My philosophy and personalized approach allow the coaching direction to come from the client themselves, respecting their beliefs and values, not the coach’s. My approach is guided by my own deep roots of personal growth, psychology, spiritual practices, and mindful consciousness.
